Blessed to be a
Blessing
The level to which you're prepared to be a blessing is the
level to which you will be
blessed. God will never bless you beyond the level to which
you are ready to be a

We are called to be rivers, allow yourself to be a channel
for others to be blessed at all times.
Then the Angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time
out of heaven, and said: “By Myself I have sworn, says the Lord, because you
have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son — blessing
I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars
of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants
shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the
earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.” Gen 22: 15 – 18
Abraham had believed God for Isaac even in his old age, so
he was a treasure to both him and his wife. However, when God asked Abraham to
give him back, Abraham didn’t hesitate at all. He knew that he couldn’t out
give God.
That is the relationship God is calling us to. Where we are
willing to give him our everything. Withholding nothing absolutely. After all
everything we have is from Him.
When God says He loves us, it means He is willing to give to
us. And everyone that loves Him, He said He will love; and when God loves you,
He will give to you. When you are in the practice of the love of God
therefore, you don't stop receiving.
Giving is living! You won't be blessed until you are ready
to be a blessing. Don't shut your
door and eat all the food, and drink all the water, while
somebody is dying next door to
you.
